Thinking it’s time to update your bathroom and looking for ideas? Check out this bathroom remodel before & after and find inspiration for your home!
Most bathroom remodeling projects involve updating an existing space, but what if you need a bathroom to appear out of thin air? Ok… maybe not thin air… but at least where no bathroom was before…. The Browns had a vision just like this, and the Lellbach team helped make it a reality.
With only one hall bath for the kids to share, mom and dad were growing weary of hearing four children fight endlessly over bathroom time. So they decided to do something to fix it!
Above their garage was some extra second story open space. It was only accessible through a closet, and not much to look at, but it was filled with potential! The Browns decided to tap into that large open storage space and carve out an ensuite bath for their two teenage sons’ bedroom.
All it took was relocating the closet and breaking through the back wall for the bathroom to begin to take shape. With the addition of some expert design and remodeling experience, a new bathroom appeared like magic!
The essentials for their ensuite bath fit easily in the space. A spacious shower with white subway tile anchors the bathroom. The black penny tile floor in the shower sets off the black and white color scheme. The color scheme also continues with the penny tile floor featuring a hexagon pattern.
The slightly distressed wood vanity adds a perfect masculine touch while adding warmth to the black and white color scheme. The Greige stone look of the quartz countertop compliments the vanity and sets off the white sink. In addition, black accessories complete the classic, timeless style bath.
This bathroom remodel before & after is one of our favorites. Not only did the Brown family get a wonderful new bathroom, but it added some much needed peace and quiet to their home. It was truly a win-win!
