Outdated bathroom? If you’re thinking about a bathroom remodel, this Lellbach Builders remodeling project might be the perfect thing to spark your imagination!
At one time, they were all hot bathroom design trends. Pink laminate countertops, painted wood cabinets, soft oval mirror, and blush 2 x 2 floor tiles. But today, they are all well beyond their life expectancy. This Wheaton family needed an updated space with new finishes, a better layout, and new look and feel.
A potential challenge? This project couldn’t include any floor plan alterations. In addition, this was a bathroom renovation that needed to be budget-friendly. This may have been a difficult job for other remodeling contractors, but the Lellbach team nailed it!
Anchoring the bath remodel, the new painted cabinet offers more storage with an improved configuration. Durable and stylish quartz countertops compliment the light cabinets with a soft stone look finish.
The herringbone mosaic floor tile creates an interesting design element, while pulling together the warm, neutral color scheme. A cabinet to ceiling mirror visually enlarges the bath and reflects light. Classic white subway tile and plumbing fixtures are the perfect finishing elements to make this bath a “WOW!”
The new bathroom has a light, open, and airy feel. The windows allow for more sunlight, and the carefully selected colors brighten up the entire space. Each element complements the other to create a unified space.
The fixtures are updated and modern. The space is more functional. Everything has a clean and fresh look.
For this family, their bathroom remodel didn’t just improve the overall feel by enhancing the look and appearance, it also provides ample space, giving the bathroom a clean and uncluttered look.
